Govinda seems to be followed by trouble wherever he goes. The latest incident was Friday during shooting for Aditya Dutta’s romantic musical “Garam Chai” with co-star Celina Jaitley when his bodyguards allegedly got into a scuffle with a shopkeeper.

The scuffle took place at the City Mall in Oshiwara.
