Radiohead raise 500k dollars for Haiti earthquake victims
London, January 26 – Radiohead have performed at a special concert organized to raise funds for Haiti earthquake victims.
The band raised more than 500,000 dollars in their two-hour performance at the Henry Fonda Theatre.
The money collected will be forwarded to Oxfam International, a group that works with developing countries, reports the Mirror.
The prices of tickets sold online went as high as 4,000 dollars for a pair.
Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Charlize Theron, Anna Paquin and Daniel Craig were among the crowd present. (ANI)
