Salman Khan dedicates ‘Veer’ blog to dad
New Delhi, Nov 24 – Bollywood actor Salman Khan has come up with a unique birthday gift for his writer-father Salim Khan on his 74th birthday Tuesday — he has decided to pay tribute to him with a blog on his upcoming movie ‘Veer’.
Produced by Vijay Galani, ‘Veer’ will be released worldwide Jan 22 by Eros International.
‘It is Salman’s dream project. When we discussed the idea of blogging on his experience shooting for the film, it was Salman himself who suggested that we launch the blog on his dad’s birthday,’ said Galani in a statement.
‘In fact, Salim saab is one of the few people to have seen the rushes of ‘Veer’ and loved it. Since it has a father-son relationship, Salman felt it was apt to launch his blog on his dad’s birthday,’ he added.
The producers are also trying to push Salman to pen his thoughts at least twice a week.
‘The blog is in Salman’s own words. The blog will be written by him… It will be about how Salman thought about ‘Veer’, how it started, its hurdles, etc… We are trying to get him to blog everyday but if that’s not possible, he will update it twice a week,’ said Galani.
Directed by Anil Sharma, the much-talked about film is about the bravery of a Pindari soldier and features Salman in never seen before avatar along with newcomer Zarine Khan.
Former Miss UK Lisa Lazarus too plays a pivotal role in the film that also stars Mithun Chakraborty and Jackie Shroff along with Sohail Khan and Bharat Dabholkar.

I used to like you but now God u have just become like a pebble in street.
Can you just imagine how you were looking. Do you even see the first print of the movie. U will cry on your own acting. Why do u overact so much. When you speak your lips are inside can’t you even talk properly.
How did you think of taking such a fat heroin. Put some sense in your next movie.

Not to harm weeker,Secrifice for country,Petriotism, Unity, Bravery…It is realy a wonderfull movie……….I have One request to the movie reviewer please behave responsibly this is desh bhakti movie. and dont give the bad review to this Great movie if you love to my Great India other wise negative movie reviwer we will loose faith in you.When i saw this movie and found some message in every part of this movie…..Really i feel proud seeing Mithun and Salman giving the message “Desh se badhkar kuch bhi nahi” Desh ke liye kuch bhi karega….I feel proud when that english teacher said durty to indian and Vee replied in a +ve way and when english general said sab indian ka khoon dhanda ho gaya that time Veer came and difited to english body builder….realy very thankfull to Anil Sharma ji and team you are doing a great work to revolutionise the petriotism in indians with your movies…Kindly beware from the negative movie reviwer i have doubt they took some bribe from your compititors to give the bad review who has jeoulos from your excellent work.Kindly keep it up. ………….thanks alot …Jai Hind
