Prateik Babbar campaigns for daddy dearest
Prateik Babbar is campaigning in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh for his father, Raj Babbar. This has put all rumours of him wanting to drop his surname, Babbar, and that of a rift with his father to rest.
Prateik’s aunt, Manya Patil clarified that Prateik isn’t campaigning for his dad to prove anything to the world. He is simply doing it because he wants to and because he feels it’s the right thing to do. Manya was a little uncertain about this as Prateik can’t speak a lot of Hindi. But he’s learning and for now, he just says a few words and joins his hands at every rally.
Watching Prateik campaigning reminds Manya of her sister, Smita, who used to campaign for Sunil Dutt, Murli Deora and also their father Shivajirao Patil. Prateik truly is dad’s son and a Babbar.
