Sitara of Real’s singing reality show Yashraj Kapil is all set to rock the nation with his music. He floored judges and janta every time he performed and finally won the title that earned him a contract with Times Music.
He is rigorously working on his music than getting carried away with the instant stardom he has attained. “As of now I am working on my own compositions. I will be really happy if the company incorporates at least one of them in my album,” he shares. Apparently the 19-year-old is well aware of the uncertainties in this industry.
Delhi-based sitara Yashraj Kapil had just enrolled for B.Sc in Cinema when he cracked the auditions. He put his studies on hold to participate in the singing reality show. “I will definitely go back and complete my studies,” he assures.
Every year many such youngsters shelve their studies amidst the course only to be a part of the reality shows that give instant but short-lived fame. This definitely begs the question; have the reality shows really become so big as to overlook studies in a country like India, where every year an increasing number of students end their life fearing failure in university and board exams?
