Shashi Mittal and Sumit Mittal creates History…

Woh Rehne waali mehlon ki is going to create history for Sahara One on 17th June 2009 – by successfully completing 1000 episodes. The writers of the show – Shashi Mittal and Sumit Mittal are also going to recreate something unusual. Yes, they are the writers who have been associated with the birth of this show. They have lucratively penned down the whole story since last 4 years.

When contacted Shashi Mittal on as to how she feels for this great achievement she stresses “ the feeling is immense, as I think this is the first time in the history of Television Scripting that a pair of writers have been associated with the show from the beginning till date and successfully completed 1000 episodes.”

Sumit says that “We have been associated with Rajshri productions for the past many years now and now I openly admit that it was due the Rajshri pattern that we could follow a proper story track. The show is based on the possible realities; there aren’t any unwanted affairs and doubts. The main lead, Rani is a character which every single human being can associate with. This the reason why we are still the writers of the show”

Both of them whole heartedly thank Sooraj Barjatya, for supporting them and oozing in confidence in them. They dint want a glamorized look which was the pattern being followed by many leading serials when this serial was launched. They wanted to portray the actual nok-jhok which happens in every Indian household. So all this lead to the achievement which they have attained after so many years hard work

When asked about any future plans to get into production, they said “we can’t say anything as of now, but if we come up with something will let you know.”
