‘My Name Is Khan’ too: Jimmy Shergill
Stardom might have eluded him but Jimmy Sheirgill continues to try his best.
He got acclaim for his powerful act in ‘A Wednesday’ and now he’s an important role in the much talked about K Jo film ‘My Name Is Khan’ too.
Actually Jimmy’s co-star from ‘A Wednesday’ Aamir Bashir was supposed to play the role. But his loss turned out to be Shergill’s gain.
Aamir failed to secure an American visa and since the shoot was happening in Los Angeles and had to immediately proceed he had to be replaced.
If the buzz is to be believed, then Jimmy plays the role of SRK’s brother in the film.
This is not the first time that Jimmy is acting with Shah Rukh. The two starred together way back in 2000 in Yash Raj Films’ ‘Mohabbatein’!
