after my marriage few days ago my inlaw started harrasing me and i could not full fill their demands mean while i became pregnant now i have a son one day they tried to kill me i escape from them and i have lodge a police complaint in the police station they said they will call me after 6months till that you stay in your parents house. i was calling my husband they used use all vulgur language. i have seprated from him for 9 years. 19/01/2006 i got call from my husband he wants to see me and our son and he mentined that he is got cancer and also he apologies with me whatever he has done for us. we went and saw him he was alone he took us outside he took one family phot and gave all details of property he told me to stay with him i made a mistake i told him i will come back let our kid finish his exam, every day i was calling him one day he did not picked up the call i thought he must have gone to Triupati 21st feb 2006 i got call from his maide that he passed away on 14th feb i asked him why you have not informed me,he said my 2 sister in law told him not to tell me. on 21st feb i have been to chennai i block the locker stating that no should operate & i have collected my husband,s death certificate i came back to bangalore 26 feb both my sister in law came to near my house they apologies whatever they done and they told me will go for equal share. after that they have filed the suit against me that iam a stranger they dont know who iam.the case is pending in the court please help me in this matter wheather my son will get share for his grand parents property or not i dont have any support from any body and i can not spend more money whatever iam earning i can managed my house i want to give good future for son i dont want him to struggle in the life.my husband has 2 elder sister married well settled please help me in this matter i have all the proof including family photoes they have 3 residential Apartments gold & FD which is in the bank locker.

first of all i like to thanks that your show is very nice. madam here is a problem that one person mr asharaf living in kota he is a owner of stone mines and having a criminal record with his brother jahid they are creating problem for us. madam actually we have done engagement of my brother wasim with asharaf doughter and he marrige his doughter with other person and after marrige he put case on us that we are not giving his material back to him like cloths. and he also put false report that he gives us 100000rs but in actual this is wrong only cloths given by him and we want to give him back but he is creating problem with the money power and political help. pl madam help us we are in trouble we can not go to our job as he told that if we will go kota and if he found us he will kill us he says that this is trailor remaining is continue….so madam i need your help pl help us we will be thank full to you.

I like your initiative, but there is one thing I dont like in your show, i.e. the monetary support you give to the plaintiff and accused. Ma’am its my personal opinion but i would sereiously like to suggest that the monetary support is nowhere appreciable. They are commiting crime, or you can say immoral acts, which nowhere should be appreciated by a “prize money”. I agree that you do it to support them but your descion and giving them proper knowledge of law is enough.
Else fraud pepole could easily create a false background and then will remain happy with money and inocent will not even get a chance to meet you.

Maine phir apne ghar ki paristithi ko dekh kar phi haa kar di. Aur ab wo phir pehle ki tarah shaadi ko latka rahe hai.
Unka beta to shaadi karna chahta hai lekin woh apne pariwar ko bhi khush rakhna chahta hai.Ladke ne kisi bhi tarah 19th Feb., 2009 ki date sabhi rishtedaron ke samne pandit se nikalwadi lekin na to meri saas khush thi aur na hi meri nandein. Your program has given us a hope to get rid of the hell of life caused to my daughter & her husband by the injustice & indifferent attitude of my daughter’s father in-law who has deprived them from their legitimate & lawful right in their family. My son-in-law had lost his mother before marriage. We always respect his family and never thought of initiating any legal or social action against him. My son in-law did BE (Chemical Engineering).After that he established & ran Homeopathic Factory in Lucknow with three partners. His father, my son in-law, &his younger brother were the three partners. His father took power of attorney from him before his marriage. My daughter was married on 14th, April 2000 but after 3 months of the marriage my daughter & her husband both were thrown out of the house & business leaving them without any means of livelihood on false & fabricated ground against them. Since then though their business is running very well but my daughter& her husband have not got even a single paisa support from them. His younger brother wants to enjoy the entire factory & other facilities alone. My daughter &her husband have tried repeatedly their best to come to even terms with them but always in vain due to their in different attitude. They do not want such type of life. They are mentally shattered & depressed with no vision of future. God has blessed them with one 6 year old daughter. It is only our support that they have survived so far otherwise they were going to commit suicide after they were thrown out of their house. Their relatives have always been pursuing us to sue them but let me clear here that my family has never interfered in their family dispute of father & son. On the other hand they have always been motivated & supported by us to resolve their issue respectfully without hurting any one. My son in-law is a Chemical engineer & never dreamt of such a humiliating & embracing situation in his life that he would not be able to feed his wife & child due to some selfish & indifferent attitude of his own father & brother. They are very much egoist & do not listen anything against their perceptions. His father never tried to understand any thing to settle the dispute and On our initiative he always refused us to meet us even through mediator to discuss the family crisis. Madam we are sure your kind counseling will save both families from unnecessary social humiliation & mental agony .Coming to an even term between my son in-law & his father shall definitely bring extreme happiness to all concerned family members and its well-wishers.We beg for your generous and kind help please.

I have number of problems, I am leaving like a cow, I am really helpless from my parents side as well as my husband’s family side. I am highly impressed with the work you are doing for common man through AAP KI Kachehari.
I am mailing you my sister’s problem. She was married to business family in Ludhiana in 1992 and is mother of 2 kids. She had been facing hardship since quiet long but now her father in law crossed all limits and tortured her physically in a very brutal manner and kicked her out of home in front of her husband. We went to Police, who did not register FIR. She was hospitalized in Govt. Hospital but the hospital refused to give the report and said that being a police case, it will be given to Police only. Her in-laws have given heavy bribe to Police.
Now that, my sister’s husband has locked the house where she was staying and the same is registered in her name and now he wants that the ownership of the same should be given to him fully and further since he is having affair with another girl, he wants to leave my sister. It is only the house, which is preventing him to take the ultimate step.
My sister compromised a lot by leaving her teaching job thrice as her husband was not in favour of that. Now, my sister’s kids are grown and due to locking of the house, her son’s studies are getting very badly affected.
Under such a situation, we are finding ourselves completely helpless. please advise as to what we should do to normalize the situation.

I am from delhi. I am working in Pvt. sector in Saket, New delhi. My sister Neru suffeing lot of problem in Palam. She just 23 yrs. & two male kids. His husband also leave in Sagarpur & not ready to look after his wife along with kids.

I am passing from big problem in my life.once hope you have, otherwise I have no option.My marriage was held on 3rd feb 2008.I am working in good company a very good position and I live alone.My wife is also working in Bank and got handsome salary live with her perents.Some unnecessary ground is created by her perents after six month and now after lot of threght to me i.e. I file dowry,allegation,420 and thregthing case to you otherwise you do sign on divorce paper by mutual concent.they file a petetion in court and sign taken from me, court has given to us six month, then final divorce will appear on 7th oct’09.I know, My wife is very good, But her perent have some problem, But I dont know What problem actually? I donot know from where should start my story
situation of my house day by day going critical n handle it. My husband is a sleeping partner from all aspects,he used abusive language in home,he beats us, at home he starts drinking from early morning ,He has this habit before our wedding but now he says i gave him it to him ,at night its difficult us to stay at home. he shuts the door if we are out side, he cuts the light of our room ,he has cut the connection of inverter n its the difficult for us to stay in room without light,If some one comes at our home he tries to over react n serve them wine his favorite work is passing the taunts,watch the T.V. in high volume,does not matter that children are facing the problem, i m doing the MBA n i have saved some money which i have spend on Education of Children ;s Fee n rashan of the house exams,several times pretends that he is talking with his boss n friends n have facing lots of problem.I donot know till how much he earns n what he dose of full pay but wants that i give him all my pay to him. increment in salary of his ,he increased the brand of bottles. he can not face me by eye contact.
there r so many other matters which i want to discuss with u. Several times i fee very upset problems are from the beginning,but my power of bearing has lost. my heart beats some times increase, i feel depression yet i m optimistic but all above i m also a human please mam help me. i can not come there regularly please help me mam look matter both sides n call him in front of me. i want to face him in front of you.He believes in rumeres n spread it in all the family
i know that u r very busy but what should i do i do not know, know i m loosing the control this is effecting my childcare’s life. they r only my last hope to live,It is difficult to live with him, who does not has self respect,a man who always lives in suspect that his wife has so many relations outside even with my real brothers but wants all the pay of his wife,He says that he will hang him self n send us jail,from He does not know that his children study in which classes,what tipe of clothes they wear, what they eat etc.
Last Sunday some guests come at home for breakfast n he shut the door n i n my children said them that he came from night shift meanwhile his colleague came and he wake up immediately. He had taken wine.I was normal but thinking that it is life? a person who is with us from last 13 years does not know us. lives for himself n spread rumers only here n there.if i cook food he says made for dog if not than does not cook for me, last year he in all winter(6 months) he went outside for dinner n we serve dinner for him sometimes me n some times my children. now I have a maid for work again he has the problem that why can not i cook food for him, she is scheduled cast but he can drink with labures of house making.I gave him cash for fees because i did not have cheque book n it bounce but he does not accept mistake n gave blame to me.He has refused to do any thing at home because this is his house n nobody can touch him.Main thing is my children, they r suffering a lot mam. should i weep all life? problems r from the beinging but know i fedup, i want to live peacefully with my children.
one another thing which i want to maintain here that at the trime of purchase of this house he has taken 100000/- Rs from my father n my father sold his plot for it which he has not given yet, when he reconstruct it my brother gave him again 30000/-n so many things he purchaed himself, my mother take cares of my children in day time but he abuse her too. It is his family background where all his brothers shout n abuse but bhabhis n children r good.He never catch the opportunities but sleep n blames to others all the time. critices to other is his favorite work.
Please mam help me, I want to face him in front of u at least what type of husband he is n what r his duties? he shout for rights but does not fulfill duties.
