Kareena Kapoor’s Yoga schedule goes for a toss

Kareena Kapoor after YogaKareena Kapoor has been daily practicing Yoga for last few years now. She  has also often credited her ’size zero’ look to Power Yoga. But from the  last few days and some weeks ahead it doing her daily dose of Yoga has  become practically impossible for the actress.

Sources inform, “Kareena is presently in Ladakh shooting for Rajkumar  Hirani’s 3 Idiots. She has for company Aamir Khan and Madhavan but not her  regular Yoga companion, that’s her Yoga instructor Payal Gidwani. Whenever Kareena goes for an abroad shoot like she went in the last few months to  Australia for Main Aur Mrs Khanna, London and San Francisco for Kambakht  Ishq and Thailand for Golmaal Returns either Payal or another colleague of  Payal’s went with Kareena to give her company for doing her daily yoga  routine. Since she is alone there in the climate being extremely cold  there  and the air to being very thin her daily Yoga schedule has gone for a  toss!  But she intends to cover it up all once she is back in Mumbai. Generally  her

Yoga schedule begins a warm up followed by Surya Namaskar variations. Then  she does exercises for each of her body part and concluding it all with  breathing exercises like Pranayam.”

“If one notices Kareena now she has put on a bit more weight and is not  the  ’size zero’ girl any more. She has begun to eat her favourite Thai and  Chinese cuisines once again regularly.
