Application against Shahid, Kareena Kapoor
(No Ratings Yet)An application has been filed against actor Shahid Kapoor and actress Kareena Kapoor besides the director and the producer of film ‘Jab We Met’ before local Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court for showing Ratlam as a hub for prostitution.
Advocate Yogesh Sharma’s counsel Santosh Tripathi had filed an application against Shahid, Kareena, film director Imtiaz Ali and producer Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Pvt Ltd under sections 500, 501, 502 and 505 of the IPC.
The application stated that a criminal act has been committed by defaming Ratlam in the film. He demanded strict punishment for culprits.
The CJM recorded statement of Mr Sharma and witness Naman Rathore. The court fixed November 22 for recording rest primary evidence.
