Chaos in ‘Saregama’ programme
(1 votes, average: 5 out of 5)Zee Television’s musical talent hunt programme ‘Saregama’ — that was being performed at a hotel near the ‘Badi Jheel (lake)’ in the state capital last night — had to be ended before scheduled time as the programme descended into chaos following mass disturbance.
Chaos broke out owing to more visitors than prescribed number reaching the hotel to view renowned musician Ismail Darbar, anchor Aditya Narayan, Mauli Dave, Poonam Yadav, Harpreet and Pakistani artiste Marsart.
As a result, a total rush took place and arrangements collapsed within one-and-half hour of the programme.
Police sources said some people even flung their chairs. However, situation was controlled in time and the programme ended before time.
