Sushmita shoots ad film with boyfriend Manav
(No Ratings Yet)For those who are still wondering about the status of Sushmita Sen’s enormously tranquil and happy love life, here’s news. The actress recently shot an ad film with boyfriend Manav Menon.
“It was a sort of coming home for me. Two-and-a-half years ago I had met Manav when he shot a jewellery ad with me. And now here I was, shooting with him for an ad for home furnishings (Carmichael House). Life has come a full and fascinating circle for me,” Sushmita told IANS.
Though they may not flaunt their relationship like other high-profile Bollywood partners, the stunning actress and her media-shy boyfriend remain blissfully compatible.
Sushmita proudly talks about Manav’s creative growth.
“I had a long gap between my first and second ad with him. So I’ve the perceptive advantage of seeing him evolve. Believe me, the growth graph is tremendous. I’m very proud of him. And yes, there’s a very adept feature film maker lurking in there.”
If all goes well, Manav would finally go the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra way - from directing advertisements to making a feature. No bumper prizes for guessing who would star in Manav’s feature film.
Did Sushmita give Manav’s ad company Footcandles Films a discount?
“Ha! It was very professionally done. Once we’re on the set, we’re all doing a job,” Sushmita said with a twinkle in her eyes.
