Pooja Bhatt discharged
(No Ratings Yet)Actor-producer Pooja Bhatt, who suffered a hairline rib fracture in an accident here, was discharged from a private clinic this morning.
“She has a hairline rib fracture which will heal on its own and she need not get admitted to the hospital for treatment,” Dr Sandeep Kenkre, Medical Superitendent of Campal Clinic, where she was admitted after the accident yesterday, told PTI.
Bhatt, 34, was injured in the accident near Goa airport yesterday when the car she was travelling in dashed against an oncoming van. Driver of the van and a foreigner travelling in it were also injured in the mishap.
The actress-producer was on her way to the airport to board a flight to Mumbai after attending the ongoing International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
Doctors attending Bhatt said that she was slightly bleeding from her nose when admitted. “She has not fractured her nose, it was a slight bleeding.”
