Chandigarh Film Festival
Five French films, two Hungarian films and one Finnish film will be screened at the first Chandigarh Film Festival beginning here on December 15.
The Festival is being organized jointly by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and Chandigarh Tourism with the support of National Film Division Corporation Ltd (NFDC) and the Embassies of France, Hungary and Finland, an official spokesman said here today.
A total of 18 films will be screened during the festival including 10 Hindi films, which include Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, Travaux on Sait Quand Ca Commence, Mirch Masala, Salaam Bombay, Viva Laldjerie, Main Zinda Hoon, Hanuman(an animated film for children), Violence des Echanges en Milieu Tempiri, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Rudali, Suraj Ka Satvan Ghoda, Veer Zaara, Les Mauvais Joueurs.
