Abhay Mallia missing

Abhay Mallia, the upcoming teenage playback singer of Orissa, was reported missing for the last three days, police sources said today.

The 15-year-old singer, who has so far lent his voice in four Oriya films and about 20 albums, did not return home since Tuesday last, the sources said quoting the FIR lodged in Lingaraj police station here by Abhay’s family.

“Abhaya had gone to the Unit I High School on Tuesday last but did not return from school on time. Subsequently, we searched houses of all our relatives but drew a blank”, his brother Sanjay Mallia said.

Later, his cycle was discovered from a cycle stand near Bhubaneswar railway station, Sanjay said.

Separate FIRs were lodged with both Lingaraj police station and Government Railway Police.
