Abhishek Bachchan finds a new fan in Mani Ratnam

Just recently there was a buzz that whoever has caught a sneak peak of Mani Ratnam’s GURU cannot stop raving about Abhishek Bachchan. Apparently it’s a landmark role for Aby baby and is one of his finest performances so far. According to reports in a tabloid, he has been Mani Ratnam’s favourite ever since YUVA days and he is very impressed by Abhishek. He only wanted to cast Bachchan Junior in GURU and the latter agreed to do it without any second thoughts. He has a grey shade to his character that spans over a period of 40 years.
Well its not just Abishek who has smitten the talented director. He is equally in awe of Aishwarya Rai for her devotion towards work.
