What Shah Rukh and Abhishek think of infidelity!
Although Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan star in the film on extra-marital affairs, what do they personally think of infidelity?
Karan Johar believes he has "opened a Pandora's box" through his latest movie Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna . Appearing on a debate on NDTV, Karan and Shah Rukh shared their opinions on the institution of marriage and infidelity.
While Karan's remarks indicated that he was not in favour of marriages, Shah Rukh spoke fervently in favour of the institution. The superstar said "one should get married" in a lifetime.
Speaking about infidelity, SRK said he did not have any fixed, generalized opinion. Those who stray out of their marriages, for whatever reason, "cannot be called wrong" in SRK's opinion. "It depends on the individual," the actor said.
SRK also added that commitment to a marriage is more "a commitment to one's self to make the marriage work" rather than a commitment to another person.
Elsewhere, in an interview, Abhishek Bachchan has said that he doesn't approve of extra-marital affairs. The actor said he couldn't pass judgment on those who stray out of their marriages.
"I’d personally never have an affair after marriage. But I won’t be judgmental about those who do," Abhishek is quoted as saying.
