UTV to produce JODHA AKBAR
The Hrithik Roshan-Aishwarya Rai starrer JODHA AKBAR, to be directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar has finally found a producer. As per reports in a tabloid, the epic love story will be made on a budget of Rs 37 crore and produced by UTV.
Ashutosh informed the tabloid that it’s an epic love story and not a mere historical. In his opinion, such a love story has not been attempted as yet. He added that he required a huge set-up to take care of various aspects like marketing etc. They are planning to shoot the film at various locations in Rajasthan sometime around this October. A R Rahman is doing the music, Neeta Lulla is designing the costumes and Javed Akhtar will be writing the lyrics.
