(No Ratings Yet)She’s got the looks and with the chic new haircut which made headlines, Bipasha Basu is riding high on the success of two consecutive hits Omkara and Corporate.
Bipasha was in the capital recently to launch her close friend and make up stylist Ambika Pillai’s brand new salon.
And the lady played a loyal friend to the hilt so she took a quick look around, lit the inuaugration lamp and obliged the shutterbugs as well.
“I remember Ambika was the first one to coax me to model,” Bipasha recalled.
Amongst all the fanfare, Bipasha’s haircut remained the eyeball grabber.
“This look is for Abbas-Mastan’s new film. But I was also bored of my long hair,” she said.
When asked about her new role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Omkara, the lady couldn’t stop raving about her character.
“Well, Billo is very famous for her style and the look, her dancing and crazy numbers like Beddi That was a very different kind of a role and speaking that language and abusing a bit was tough,” Bipasha says.
Meanwhile, most of the fashion fraternity accompanied Bipasha for the inauguration. When asked who they think need some serious style tips, fashion designer, Rohit Bal said, “Govinda tops my list of those who need help.”
A makeup tip for others – “You should have a clean skin. Don’t experiment with makeup. Just kajal and gloss will do,” Bipasha said.
