Kay Kay.. Going with the flow
(No Ratings Yet)Did you ever think you would see Kay Kay Menon shake a leg on screen?! Of course, with the kind of roles he has done till now, it’s difficult to imagine that he will dance one day! But, he has done it! In Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd, Menon has been paired opposite Raima Sen and he has danced to choreographer Farah Khan’s tunes. He also clarifies the myth that he cannot dance.
“I quite enjoy dancing and adore the stars who can sing and dance well. As long as dancing is a part of the ‘abhinay’, I’m fine with it”, says Menon. He plays a comic, Bengali nerdy guy in the movie and the track appears when he accidentally gets drunk on a yacht. Besides their track, there are seven other couples in the film. Menon doesn’t seem to mind that he could lose his image. Enjoying all the movies he has done till now, he says, “I’ve been flowing with the tide. I believe in inspiration rather than ambition.
I’ve given all of myself to my roles, from Chhal to Sarkar to Corporate. There’s no ‘my’ kind of film. As long as I enjoy a film it’s my kind of film.” Meanwhile, Kay Kay also has been signed for Shunya, directed by Arindam Mitra, where he plays a cricketer.
