Feroz Khan to Remake Qurbani

The new trends of making sequels and remakes are flying on Bollywood’s showground. Now the yesteryear’s dashing hero Feroz Khan is geared up to remake his classic ‘Qurbani’. He announced it at I.I.F.A awards event in Dubai.
 
The new version would be having the title starting from ‘K’ instead of ‘Q’. And Khan has also finalized the leading cast for the film. Son, Fardeen Khan will be playing the lead role of his father, Feroz Khan will be enacting Amjad Khan’s character whereas Jackie Shroff will be playing Amrish Puri’s role. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.
 
When asked about this remake, Feroz Khan expressed, “The idea to remake ‘Qurbani’ is not new instead I have been thinking and working on it for last few years.”
 
On replying on putting ‘K’ instead of ‘Q’ with the title, he said, “It’s because the people can differentiate the two films easily”.
 
Anand Raj Anand is the musician for this flick, which will be shot in India, Dubai and Mauritius.
