It seems that 99% of the time a prayer is always answered in a serial, but in reality only a small percentages of prayers are ever answered, surely this is misleading the public.

Do not get me wrong I am a firm believer in the big man upstairs, but if all of this prayer answering was true no child in the world would go hungry to bed, no wife would lose her husband when he was on his death bed etc, etc.

Yes I know it is about good deeds and karma etc, but still the reality of it is that it does not happen that way in everyday life, even for the good people.

Let me use an analogy:
The scriptwriter is god, the creator of that celluloid world. The characters are god’s creatures (we)
The characters have to live their lives within the story set by the scriptwriter
We have to live their lives within the plan God has made for us

The character has no free will and does what the scriptwriter determines
We have free will
When the character prayers he does what the scriptwriter wants, and he prays for things that the scriptwriter wants him to pray for, so the story can go on
We, with are free will can choose not to pray – when we ought to and we do not pray for things that God wants us to pray for.thus destroying the plan of God for us
God therefore cannot answer our prayers coz it would be worse for us.
