 Madhur Bhandarkar is once again back into the limelight after his very successful Page 3 and Corporate , and this time, he is focusing on the lives of the homeless inhabitants of the traffic signals, or maybe we could say , he is focusing on the lives of those for whom traffic signals are home.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL….for most of us, these two words mean nothing more than merely three lights- Red, Yellow and Green. But for the many not so fortunate one’s, traffic signals mean home, food, employment, relationships, growing….to sum it all…LIFE and these are the issues, Bhandarkar is trying to attract our attention to through his latest real life drama on the silver screen.
