TDK has announced the Xa-40 NXT-based flat panel speakers in the shape of a cube. It incorporates two 5W NXT panels and also a 10W subwoofer, while measuring 16.5cm by 18cm by 17.5cm and weighing in around 1.5kgs. The Xa-40 has a standard 3.5mm stereo jack so you can connect it to any DAP like the MobiBLU MP3 Cube. That would be a sweet pair! Out in August for around $52 (Rs. 2,400).
