Myself using reliance service through mobile. Since they mostly supply CDMA phones there leads to a connection speed of 110-125kpbs=about 15kBps (for 144kbps) is achieved.

And one more thing is most other service providers charge more for downloads Reliance uses unlimited download and sets only time limit in most schemes.
