Microsoft has quietly updated its ongoing beta of IE7 to Beta 3. From the looks of it, the release is an incremental one designed to squash bugs and problems reported by the millions of users who have downloaded the previous IE7 Beta 2. There is also something for system administrators in this new refresh. The Administrator's Kit for Internet Explorer 7 is also available for download which can be utilized by I.T departments for rolling out IE7.
