NDTV Imagine after tasting success on its prime time shows is all set to launch its afternoon slot for niche audiences. Chand Ke Par Chalo will be the first afternoon show and is scheduled to go on air by the end of July. It is produced by Gul Khan Tangerine Digital Films.


What is interesting is that Zalak Thakkar of Saarthi fame will be making her comeback with the show as the female lead.


“Yes, Im playing the lead in the show. I cant reveal much as the shooting of the show has not yet begun, confirms Zalak.


On probing further she said, “It going to be a triangular love story. My role is completely different from what I did in Saarthi. Im playing myself in the show, a twenty year old college- going girl.
