New Delhi, April 18: 'Bombay Velvet' had its wrap up party with its entire team including Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Anurag Kashyap and Vikas Bahl in Mumbai recently, where they also announced November 28 as the new release date for the film.
On the occasion, actor Ranbir Kapoor, who plays the lead in the film said, "I think Anurag Kashyap has made this film with lot of hard work since it has been his dream from 9 years. And it will be fair for him if a wider audience come and see the film because he has made an entertaining and engaging the film."
The film was earlier clashing with the release of Rajkumar Hirani's 'P.K.'
"We don't want to clash with another film, as everyone's business gets affected specially ours would have. So I think it's the best thing we have done and hopefully the audience gives it a chance", added the 31-year-old star.
The team members sported special November 28 T-shirts, and celebrated their last day by cutting a cake with the film's release date iced on it. (ANI)
