London, February 11: The jackets worn by Ringo Starr and George Harrison in 1995 film 'Help!' are expected to fetch 80,000 dollars at an auction.
Director Richard Lester, who kept the pieces of clothing in his personal collection after filming, has now decided to put them up for sale as part of a 'Fab Four memorabilia' sale at Omega Auctions in Liverpool, England, the Daily Express reported.
Auctioneer Paul Fairweather said that Beatles clothing is considered to be amongst the Holy Grail for any Beatles collector and those jackets were featured on one of the band's most recognisable album covers.
It has also been revealed that more than 200 lots of Beatles memorabilia is going under the hammer on the 50th anniversary of the UK release of the band's single 'Can't Buy Me Love'. (ANI)
