Washington, Jan. 18: Oct om, Nadya Suleman , who was charged with welfare fraud after allegedly failing to report nearly 30,000 dollars in earnings, pleaded not guilty.
The 38-year-old mother of 14 was released on her own recognizance after being arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court on three counts of welfare fraud, CBS News reported.

According to Deputy District Attorney Bill Clark, Suleman is due at the county's early disposition court on Feb. 3, where authorities will attempt to resolve the case without a trial.
Authorities say Suleman failed to disclose residuals from videos and money she was paid for personal appearances when she applied for welfare last year.
Suleman, who became media sensation in 2009 after making medical history by giving birth to octuplets, is charged with one count of aid by misrepresentation and two counts of perjury by false application.
If convicted, she could face five years and eight months in jail. (ANI)
