New York, Jan 25: It seems actress Brooke Shields has been practicing Bikram Yoga to stay warm and healthy in the winter months.
Developed by yoga guru Bikram Choudhury, Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga is about practicing yoga in a room with a temperature of around 40 degrees Celsius.
It is a perfect way to warm up after a bitter blizzard, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Shields, 48, was spotted going to the yoga class in the snowy, cold New York Wednesday.
The star was wrapped up well for her trip into the town after a huge snowstorm the previous day left a thick layer of frost and ice on the streets of the city.
She was aptly dressed in baggy grey jogging bottoms and carried a purple mat under her arm. She also gave make-up a miss.
