London, Dec 12: Actress Penelope Cruz, who often feels threatened by crazy things, says she has become an expert at hiding her fears.
The 39-year-old has fears which trigger anxiety and agitation, but she has been suffering with phobias for so long she has learnt how to conceal them, reports mirror.co.uk.
"I have so many fears. I have become an expert at hiding them but I am so full of them. I am not giving you examples because they are all so crazy," mirror.co.uk quoted Cruz as saying.
"Everybody thinks I am so centred and relaxed, but it is so opposite to what goes on inside me. But I have been working on it all my life, so it gets better," she said.
The actress also has to deal with the pressures of motherhood, since welcoming her children - two-year-old son Leonardo and five-month-old daughter Luna, into the world with her husband Javier Bardem.
Even though she doesn't get even three hours of sleep every night, Cruz says the joy she gets from being a mother makes it all worthwhile.
"I do not mind. It fills you so much it does not matter that you are always exhausted. It gives you so much happiness. You want to enjoy every second," she said.
