New York, Sep 13: Majority of millennials have admitted that they don't think twice about lying to get their way out of a tough spot, a new poll has revealed.
The survey, conducted to measure generational views of truth and lying, found that a whopping 80 percent of Gen Y's find it good enough to lie in order to avoid embarrassment, the New York Post reported.
The poll by footwear line Crocs suggested that only 57 percent of Baby Boomers find it ok to fib their way out of an awkward scene.
Meanwhile, the poll by Arlington, Va., based Wakefield Research suggested that lie-to-get-by attitude is even forcing younger Americans to have fake cell phone chats to avoid a confrontation. (ANI)
