Mumbai, April 4: The bikini-clad pictures of Sonal Chauhan from film “3G” is already in the spotlight. While Neil Nitin Mukesh, who is fond of playing dark characters onscreen, will be seen in a similar character. Neil is generally seen in such grey avatars, be it in his debut movie “Johnny Gaddar” in 2007, then “Jail”, “Saat Khoon Maaf”, “Players” also “David”. Film makers Shantanu Roy Chhibber as well Sheershak Anand have revealed that indeed the good-looking hero does the negative roles naturally and spontaneously.
Neil plays the role of a software engineer who is transformed into an edgy dark character soon after. Not only acting-wise, Neil had to modify his physical looks too to fit in the character. To get the right look, Neil had to apply kajal on his eyes with gelled hair, leather outfits, earring. Shantanu added that though Neil is having fair complexion he plays negative characters really good.
Although in real life, Neil is a sweet and affectionate guy, but his forte is such dark edgy roles. The actor himself says that he loves playing a baddie onscreen as there is a very little scope for Bollywood heros to show their skills. He is not a believer of doing slapstick roles following the age old tried and tested formulae which can obtain a good result at the box office.
