Washington, Mar 4: Michelle Williams has revealed that she was not interested in acting as a kid, and was instead hoping to follow in the footsteps of her idol Mike Tyson.
The 32-year-old actress - who shot to fame as a teenager on TV show 'Dawson's Creek' - said that nobody in her family does anything in the film industry.
She told the Contactmusic that it wasn't that she had a special or remarkable passion for film; she was just a kid doing little plays.
She said that the only thing that she remembers is that she wanted to be a boxer and it went from boxer to actress; she wanted to box men, which never happened.
Williams said that she wanted to be a heavyweight boxer but wasn't interested in watching featherweight, welterweight.
She asserted that she grew up when Mike Tyson was the reigning champ and she watched all of his Sugar Ray Robinson's and George Foreman's fights, adding that she was a tomboy when she was a kid. (ANI)
