Washington, Mar 12: A lawyer from California, who is trying to join Lindsay Lohan's legal team, reportedly believes that he can save the troubled star from landing behind bars.

David Wohl, who's practiced criminal defense law for 25 years and has offices in Orange County, wants to join New York attorney Mar Heller when the 26-year-old actress' case is called on Mar h 18, TMZ.com reported.

Wohl, who has handled cases ranging from shoplifting to murder, was found by Lindsay's father Michael, and is in daily contact with Heller.

But Lindsay hasn't given Wohl her approval to represent her in the court case. (ANI)
