London, Mar 1: When it comes to personal hygiene the average man's habits may leave the fairer sex quite disgusted.

Almost a third admit that they only change underwear every two or three days and one in 40 keeps the same pair on for as long as he can, the Daily Express reported.

One in 7 even confessed to wearing his partner's underwear when his got too dirty.

The research by Mar s and Spencer found a stark difference in habits between the sexes.

Just one in 10 women admitted not changing her underwear every day.

The poll of 2,000 adults found one in 10 owns a "lucky" pair of briefs for interviews and first dates.

The research was carried out to mark the beginning of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. (ANI)
