Washington, Feb 20: A woman from Texas, added two sets of identical twins to her brood - the odds of that happening is one in 70 million deliveries.

Tressa Montalvo gave birth to Ace (weighing 3 lbs., 10 oz.), Blaine (3 lbs., 15 oz.), Cash (2 lbs., 15 oz.), and Dylan (3 lbs., 6 oz.) on Feb 14, 2013 at The Women's Hospital of Texas in Houston, CBS News reported.

Identical twins Ace and Blaine came out first at 8:51 am, Cash and Dylan followed a minute after.

Tressa, 36, and her husband Manuel Montalvo, Jr., 43, remarkably didn't take help from any fertility treatments or pills.

Tressa was able to carry the babies until 31 weeks, and gave birth via Caesarean section. The boys are all healthy and are expected to go home in four to six weeks. (ANI)
