Los Angeles, Feb 18: Actress Jennifer Aniston, who recently turned 44, works out for 40 minutes everyday to maintain her figure -- and that, despite a knee injury.
"I get up and allow 40 minutes to workout everyday -- cross-training with sit-ups, running, weights," Aniston told people.com.
"I had a knee injury, so I am not at my fighting-shape weight, which is fine. It's nice to be a little curvier sometimes," she added.
Aniston's fiance Justin Theroux, 41, also takes good care of his physique and is determined to set up a fully-equipped gym in their home to stay fit.
"He already works out everyday for 90 minutes. Justin wants to have his dream gym at their house. He's even thinking about hiring a valet to coordinate it all," said a source.
Aniston is hoping to take some time off from acting later this year for the pair to settle in to their new home and create a nest of their own.
"I am definitely taking some me time. I'll be moving into my house, just normalising and nesting. I just want to be a good friend and partner," she said.
