London, Jan 31: The Rolling Stones are seriously mulling over a 1-million-pound deal to play a debut gig at Glastonbury.
Glastonbury Festival boss Michael Eavis formally tabled the offer to the band late last week, the Mirror reported.
A source for the Somerset festival in June said it wasn't an option previously but in the last seven days things had moved quickly.
Asked about speculation, singer Mick Jagger told the NME that the festival is very important; especially to his children to whom it is the highlight of the year. (ANI)
