New Delhi, Jan 18: Rajeev Khandelwal was in Jaipur city recently and there he spoke of his filmi career. Rajeev is basically from Jaipur and right now he is glad since his latest film “Table No 21”” has turned out to be a hit. He says he went to watch the movie himself and was very happy to see the audience clapping as the film ended. Some gave standing ovation too and that touched the actor.

This has made him trust in himself more. He debuted in Bollywood with “Aamir” which was a critically acclaimed one. He says it is not just for him that the film turned out to be a success, it is the entire team. Last year the same team presented the audience “Will You Marry Me” which did not fare well at the box office.

The reviews and response his new film is receiving is overwhelming says Rajeev. He has done off-beat flicks generally like “Aamir”, “Shaitaan” and “Soundtrack”. He says he focusses on a film’s content which can appeal the mass and he is not worried about the 100 crore club. And that is why he acted in unconventional films till date. “Table No 21” too is not a typical commercial movie, but audience have liked it a lot.
