Hyderabad, Jan 18: She did just a walk-on-part in Karan Johar’s flick “My Name Is Khan”. And right now she has been casted in “Besharam” where she is the female lead to act opposite super star Ranbir Kapoor. This Bollywood newbie is Pallavi Sharda who is an Indo-Australian actress. She debuted in Bollywood in 2010 with MNIK and this year she is going to debut in Australian movies with the film “Save Your Legs”. The shooting of “Besharam” will start from March this year. It is about a con-man and his lover.
Pallavi could not divulge anything about her role in the movie as she has been forbidden to do so. But she is thrilled to work as a main lead while she just started off with a cameo role. Not only MNIK, she did a meaty role in “Love Breakups Zindagi” too which released in 2011. She has got the main lead role with her own effort and Pallavi is very happy about it. Pallavi is a trained Bharat Natyam dancer.
Born in Australia she had been crowned the Miss India Australia award too in the year 2010. She is also a LLB graduate as her parents are academicians. Pallavi has shifted to Mumbai and staying all alone. She left Australia and came to Mumbai when she was just 18. Pallavi says it is hard to live life all alone by herself, but she never feels vulnerable.
