Chennai, Jan 18: Going by the list of casting of “Vishwaroopam” one can see there is no big stars in the film, except the director himself, Kamal Haasan. Kamal says he did not have the intention to cast superstars in the film and overshadow the actual message conveyed through the movie. However he does wish to collaborate with popular filmstars in the near future for any of his upcoming projects.

The bilingual film is all set to hit the theatres this January on the 11th. The film will be releasing in Tamil as well as in Hindi language. Rahul Bose plays a significant role in the movie, and also Shekhar Kapur.

Rest of the cast includes Andrea, Pooja Kumar and Jaideep Ahlawaat. As he was also the director of the movie, Kamal wanted the film to get rolled as per the schedule and not according to any star’s schedule and therefore he did not include any star in the film. He also clarified that he is not against any directors who cast stars in their movies like Ramesh Sippy. But he lacks the patience required to work with stars. He also did not want the film to get dominated by the stars as the film is in itself big! He says as he is star, he will also work with stars in the future.
