Hyderabad, Jan 14: As violence towards women are on the rise these days, some people are taking this oppurtunity to point their fingers to the depiction of women in Hindi films in obscene light. But actress Jacqueline Fernandez came forward to defense Bollywood and said it is disgusting that people are blaming Bollywood for such heinous crimes like rapes and molestation. She says rape is inhuman and also animalist and so government should make stricter laws to punish the guilty so that they think many times before committing such crimes.

As said by politicians recently that a woman should be restricted within the four walls of house and should also know how to dress properly, Jacky was seen fuming with rage and opposing such statements vehemently. She says when there no specified rules for men, then why should there be such rules and codes for women alone! She also added that the lyrics of some of the Hindi films’ songs should be corrected which are quite vulgar.

Jacky has been heard to be in a relationship with Sajid Khan. She says link-ups do not bother her at all. She is happy in her own world, and being a celebrity she knows, these things shall come in her way.
