Washington, Jan 20: Daniel Radcliffe seems to be lapping up the attention that the sexually explicit scenes in his upcoming movie seem to be generating.
The 'Harry Potter' star, who is at the Sundance Film Festival promoting the upcoming independent movie 'Kill Your Darlings,' plays the role of Ginsberg - who gets initiated into booze, drugs and gay sex - in the movie, the Sun reported.
The movie, which is set in 1944 is based on the true story and a murder involving beat poets Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg and William S. Burroughs.
In one scene, a man performs oral sex on Radcliffe's character while in a library.
When asked if he chose the role because it fits the "weird stuff" he likes, the former child star said that films like this don't get made unless everyone involved loves them.
And when asked specifically about the library sex scene, the 23-year-old actor said coyly that it was something new, and that they shot the scene in maybe an hour and a half.
The actor further said that it was incredibly fast-paced and he didn't really have time to stop to think and worry about it. (ANI)
