New York, Dec 30,: Sylvester Stallone has reportedly won a copyright infringement case filed against him for stealing the plot for 'The Expendables' from another screenwriter.

A US judge dismissed the suit filed by writer Marcus Webb, which claimed that Stallone's screenplay for his movie was plagiarized from his own work called 'The Cordoba Caper', the New York Post reported.

The 66-year-old actor's lawyers asserted that judge found no proof indicating that the 'Rocky' star had ever seen Webb's screenplay, and also revealed that the scripts of the two movies were not similar as Webb had claimed. (ANI)
