London, Dec 20: Amanda Seyfried, who portrays a porn star in the upcoming biopic of Linda Lovelace, has shared the tricks she used to make her role convincing.

"Well, you don't actually have sex on film," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying on Conan O'Brien's chat show on Monday night.

Instead she used props, including ice pops.

The actress said that they made her lips "wet and inflamed."

Conan had asked her: "I'm just curious, how do you portray a porn star without the film being incredibly explicit?"

She then revealed that she had to record additional dialogue for the movie in a studio, calling it: "uh, slurping noises." (ANI)
