Chennai, Sep 10: Producer Sajid Nadiadwala will be donning the director's hat for his very next film titled "Kick". Due to the insistence of his best friend Salman Khan, Sajid has finally decided to take this move. The film will have Salman Khan as the male lead. And after Shirish Kunder has been out of the project, Nadiadwala was on the hunt for the replacement of Shirish for the film.

Then Sallu kept on coaxing the top producer to direct the film, and finally Sajid gave in. Salman says that the producer's narration is far better than many directors, so Sallu insisted him for years to juggle roles. In fact Salman added that 10 years back, when Sajid approached the actor for "Kunwara" Sallu asked him to direct the film, but Sajid was reluctant. Now after 10 years, Sajid will be on the director's chair, while Salman is still a kunwara.

Sajid Nadiadwala says that he shares a special bonding with Salman, its 20 years old, and this time people will visualise their chemistry in the next film. Sajid says he will give in his best to live upto Salman's expectations. Sajid has given several hits like "Judwaa", "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi", "Houseful", "Housefull 2" to name a few. Lets hope his directorial venture will also be a grand success!
