London, September 28: Sir Richard Branson recruited the help of 10-year-old to test and approve Virgin Atlantic's newly refurbished holiday fleet of 747 jets.
Billy Yeomans was chosen from 600 applicants to be the airline's first "junior approvals manager" as the upgraded seven aircraft prepares to go into service
Branson said Billy would help test and approve the new-look cabins offering more comfortable seats, new touch-screen in-flight entertainment systems and new menus.
"As a child I was mad about planes and the sense of adventure and excitement of being in the sky. We wanted to find someone who feels the same way as I still do about flying,' the Daily Express quoted the airline founder as saying.
"When I grow up I'd love to be a pilot," he added. (ANI)
