Mumbai, Sep 16: Bollywood's super khiladi Akshay Kumar according to sources is all set to say 'Oh My God' once again. The film co produced by Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal is gearing up for grand world wide release on September 28th but they already set their sights on the sequel for the film. Buzz is they already have started working out on the plan of bringing out it's sequel, 'Oh My God 2'.
"Oh My God", is the first production venture of Askahy's new film banner 'Grazing Goat'. "OMG" is based on Umesh Shukla's Gujarati play 'Kanji Viruddh Kanji'. The critically and commercially acclaimed play was adapted in Hindi as 'Krishna vs Kanhaiya', in which Rawal had acted. The film tells the story of an atheist who incurs huge losses when his antique shop is destroyed by an earthquake.The film is centered around Paresh Rawal and Akshay plays a comparatively shorter role here but it's sequel will feature Akshay in the full fledged role.
Paresh Rawal, co-producer and actor of Oh My God confirming the reports says, "Part two will feature Akshay in a longer role. We will start work on the script once we are through with the first movie. "'OMG' is based on Paresh's Gujarati play called 'Kanji Viruddh Kanji' and he is planning out it's sequel too. "I want to put the sequel on stage too," tells the veteran actor.
